Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled HR Manager to join our team at Mecatron! As a member of our multidisciplinary group, you will be managing the team’s human resources, supporting recruitment, team development, and ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. Your contributions will help build and maintain a high-performing team that drives our underwater robotics projects and marine science outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment drives, including posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews and onboarding successful candidates.
• Organize team-building activities (i.e. arrange field trips and internal welfare events) to foster collaboration and improve team dynamics.
• Support the development of training programs for members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Provide HR support and advice to team members as needed.
• Maintain and update team records, including attendance, performance reviews, and project / event involvement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business (HR Consulting) or a related field at NTU.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment and team management is a plus.
• Passion for technology is a plus.
